This volume is credited to David_A_Thomas but it should be the same David A Thomas as wrote The Battle of the Java Sea e.g. David_Arthur_Thomas.

Queen Mary and the Cruiser: The Curacoa Disaster would be his. Worldcat also credits him with:
Churchill: A Member for Woodford
Churchill, the Member for Woodford
Battles and Honours of the Royal Navy

I have only checked the ones that look like they don't belong i.e. naval stuff and the Churchill. I must check out the Curacoa [sic] book; it sounds interesting.
