The rights to How to Live Safely in a Science Fictional Universe have been optioned by 1942, Chris Columbus' production company.

Wow. I can't imagine how that book would translate into a movie. Would almost definitely be a "skip" for me.
I couldn't agree more. I will hold out hope that maybe through another persons eyes I can find a way to better understand and like that story.
