Carolyn F. Since this is a busy month, we'll make it really simple.

Read one (1) book that has a December holiday on the cover or in the book. That's any holiday, such as

Christmas
Kwanzaa
Hanukkah
Winter Solstice
Festivus
Boxing Day
New Year's Eve (12/31)
Hajj Festival Day or Eid Al-Adha

If there's a holiday I missed, you can add that. This should be simple and easy for us this month. Good luck!

Carolyn F. I'm reading Holidays Are Hell by Kim Harrison and the first story has both Solstice and Christmas.

Lily (lilithesque) I liked that book.

Lily (lilithesque) I am going to look around and see if there is any thing with a winter holiday I am interested in.

Lily (lilithesque) Ok, I am reading Midwinter. This is about the once in a hundred years cold spell, and the magic that surrounds it. Seems like a loose fit. Hope to finish it by the end of the year!

Carolyn F. I finished Holidays Are Hell by Kim Harrison , a couple of Christmas references and one Solstice. The first two stories were great, the second two weren't.
