Once they made it to their room, the driver nodded, and left.

Adam looked at her, and moved over a little giving her more room. He moved her over a little bit, and they were comfortable. Adam fell back asleep.

A couple minutes later Adam woke up.
Adam blinked a couple of second, then smiled at her. " Good." He said faintly, he coughed.
Adam groaned. He goot the pill, and he swallowed it. He made a disgusting face.
Adam pulled her onto him. " Someone's tired."
" I'll be fine.." He told her.
Adam let her sleep. He was wondering when to give her the ring. He hoped she didn't notice it.
Adam looked at her, it looked like he just woke up.
" Hey babe." He kissed her forehead.
" Better..." He told her, even though it really wasn't true.

" Wait- Alice..." Adam got the guts to do this. He got up.
Adam went in his jacket, and went down on one knee. He looked at Alice with hope in his eyes. " Will...you marry me?" He asked her, opening the little box.
Adam's face went into a huge grin, and he hugged Alice.
" I love you, too." He told her, then kissed her, and got up still holding her, and spun Alice around in his arms.
" Ok...so..." He set her down on the bed, and looked at her, smiling. " I need to tell you something."
Adam laughed. " I have to go to St. John's hospital for kids tomorrow..." He said slowly, knowing she was going to flip out any second..not about what he was talking about though.
" You know how all the kids love me?" He asked her. " Ok you do..well......I'm going to go surprise them with a visit...no cameras or anything... do you want to come?" He asked her.
" And I know what your thinking. Its just going to be us, and the kids. No crowds or anything." Adam told her.
" I do." He poked her on the nose.
Adam grinned at her. " Now what..." He lied down on the bed.
Adam closed his eyes, then opened them up and looked at Alice with worry in his eyes. " I'm not at work."
Adam looked at her, and put his hand on her. " Call them, and tell them that I'm sick." He handed her his cell phone.
" I do love my work. And they all this that I'm sick." Adam told her, " and I want to spend today with you."
" Did he by it?" Adam asked her.
