Read this book for myself and then for bookclub. Wonderful writing. Great Character building. Delightful to read. One of my favorite books. Just finished Marianne Wiggins John Dollar, a Novel. Not as good as Evidence of things unseen.

I am from Knoxville and live about 10 miles outsdie Oak Ridge. I loved this book. It was so sweet to read about the places that I know so well and some that I actually grew up around! I loved the characters and evn though we did not share the same faith, I was endeared to the characters and theri struggles with understanding. Also as an mother of 4 adopted children I understand the love that someone can have for a child that didnt come from you. I understood these characters and their life on many levels and would recommend it to anyone. The lang in the latter part of the book didnt settle well with me but I loved the book nontheless.
