Why Do Liberals Keep Sanitizing the Obama Story?

I find it impossible to respect someone who disregards the Constitution and his own promises when it suits him. Since volunteering for him in the '08 campaign, my opinion of him has altered dramatically.

I suppose I'm most disappointed by the broken promise of closing Guantanamo and ending indefinite detention. I'm also quite disturbed by the recent assassinations via drone strikes, including US citizens one of which was a 16 year old kid. I'm disturbed at the mission to assassinate bin Laden which violated Pakistani sovereignty, and the other "drone wars" we have started under Obama's administration in other Middle Eastern and African countries which also invade sovereignty. I'm upset about how much Wall Street money Obama is and has been taking (and boy is he raking it in). I'm disappointed in him for his policy reversal on medical marijuana.
Is this not enough for me to say that I'm angry?

I'm not sure how to feel about him. I just can't tell if he honestly meant what he said while campaigning and is politically impotent or if he was just fleecing us of our votes with no intention of really pushing for change. Either way, it's extremely disappointing.
