I love chatting with everyone here. And don't forget answering and writing questions for "buddy reads." ☺

Lisa Kay, My son took this one out from the library and he loved it so much I bought him his own copy.

Here's a link that has video of Dewey:

**Warning video contain spoilers of Dewey's life**
You'll enjoy it after you read it, or for those people that don't have time to read the book.

Sashana Why is everyone reading Hallowed (Unearthly, #2) by Cynthia Hand ? I want a copy! Excuse me while I throw a temper tantrum...But seriously, was it better than the first, Aneeqah?

It's available on NetGalley, and lots of people are requesting it =) I loved it in a different way than I loved Unearthly. I don't know if I liked it better than Unearthly, but it definitely met my expectations!

I'll throw a tantrum with you Sashana. :) I LOVED Unearthly and since I got a ARC I have been waiting over a year to read Hallowed and unfortunately I got denied through NetGalley for an ARC of Hallowed so I'll have to wait for it to be released. :(

Kellyflower | 248 comments Thanks Vi. I'm waiting for the book from the library, but people are just not bringing it back!
This may be one I will have to purchase.

message 69: by Vi (new)

Vi | 1758 comments I've decided to purchase it anyway. The book was one of my favorite of the year. And the glimpses I've had of the drawings was superb. In the New Year, surely.

Also, 1 page in an ebook can be really long. I've had ebooks that were half the length of the real book- they took 8-10 page turns in the ebook to move a page.

Rachel (treychel) | 1484 comments A little late posting, but my favorite books were

#1 Darkfever (Fever, #1) by Karen Marie Moning

and now, in no particular order...

Magic Bites (Kate Daniels, #1) by Ilona Andrews Poison Study (Study, #1) by Maria V. Snyder Divergent (Divergent, #1) by Veronica Roth The Lightning Thief (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #1) by Rick Riordan The Power of Six (Lorien Legacies, #2) by Pittacus Lore Anna Dressed in Blood (Anna, #1) by Kendare Blake
