Q: I was wondering at the end of CoG we see Tessa, Have you always wanted to have the Infernal Devices series or was that kinda of like a add on as you wrote the Mortal Instruments?

So I wanted to say thank you for writing them, and for taking the time and effort to publish them and have them printed so eager readers, like myself, can get a taste of fictional worlds out there that are just beyond there reach. My question is, will there only be 3 books in The Infernal Devices series or do you think you'll end up writing more, like you've done for The Mortal Instruments series?
Q My question is: Do you do research for your books? I like to write myself and when my characters end up liking some type of hobby that I have no idea about, I get frustrated. For your characters, did you ever have to research something you knew nothing about? This is kind of an extra question but do you have the kind of humour you use in your books. Because if you do, I'm sure people are always laughing with you. :D

Hi Cassandra, My name is Vannessa and am a huge fan. I had a two questions about the Infernal Devices series. Will you be making it a trilogy sort like the Mortal Instruments? Also will this be made into a movie? This story is really good I thoroughly enjoyed the Mortal Instruments but I am really loving the Infernal Devices. How did you come up with this prequel? Your stories are kind of intimadating to a new writer because you write just fantastic stories. I don't know if I could get my imagination to do that. haha Thanks for doing the chat love your work!

Q. Hi Cassandra! I want to say that I love your books so much! My question for you is this: Because warlocks age through youth but then stop, when did Magnus stop aging? How old is he supposed to look? Because although I know he's supposed to be part Asian, I always imagined him as a 30-something Englishman....not sure why. Also, are Magnus and Tessa related?
