Has anybody else been contacted on GR by someone called Lori Henrich from Oregon, or is it Wisconsin? Is she a BookCrosser? I didn't know who it was, so compared her books to mine on here, and it's rather peculiar that she mysteriously has every single book which I have marked as 'read' or 'to read' on *her* 'to read' list, even though her profile says she's interested in mysteries, animal books and contemporary Christian fiction, none of which I'm particularly interested in. She seems to have friended several other BCers (always only 1 other mutual friend), and she has a 'to read' list of well over 1000 books. Sounds like someone angling for people to send her books for free, or am I being paranoid?

I got a friend request from her yesterday and also assumed she was a bookcrosser. I'm very good at ignoring random book requests, so if that's her game, she won't find me helpful. I did notice she had a very large number of friends. I just figured she was one of those people who added lots of friends.
I got a friend request too and since she seemed like a real person, reading books and having lots of books on bookshelves, I accepted. I assumed she was a BookCrosser who knew me by my screen name (the same here as there), but who went by a different screen name on BookCrossing.I just did a comparison of books and of 42 we have in common, she's rated one that I have on my wishlist shelf and one we've both read and rated. The rest are either books I've read, want to read, or are actually reading and she has them on her to-read shelf. I'm not sure if that means anything.
