Adding another edition

Hi. This is Nancy Adams again, the author of "Saint Nick and the Fir Tree." The ed. currently in the database is the Kindle ed. I would like the add the print ed., because I would like to have a giveaway. The print ed.'s ISBN is: 9780984815302
Publisher is Green Fern Press, which is actually just the imprint I created for self-publishing. I've ordered a proof copy through Create Space, which will ship POD, and intend to order several copies with my author discount, including those to be given away on Goodreads. I'm not sure how to merge the editions, so I'm asking for assistance. Since the print ed. isn't available yet, you won't find it on Amazon, etc. but I assume that's not a problem, since you advertise that we can give away copies prior to publication. It's 6 x 9 inches and contains 2 color illustrations not found in the ebook.

There is also a Smashwords ed. with ISBN of: 9780984815312

I have added the two paperback editions and combined.

I have made the assumption that the cover is the same for all 3 and uploaded that, if not please post links to the cover and isbn it belongs to so they can be updated

Thanks, Paula. Yes, the cover is the same, but the Kindle & Smashwords are both ebooks. I appreciate the speedy help!
