Oh, be careful, Sarah. Phil and Jim are liable to sneak up and strip the wrap right off your burrito.

She lives near an IHOP with a fabulous transvestite server. Simply divine.

I haven't chimed in on this thread yet?
There are lots of good local places but to answer the prompt my "go-to" place is Village Inn and my standard is a tomato, swiss, and bacon omelet.

I love the Lloyd Center VI. There is a flamboyant gay man who worked there and lived in the same hood as me when I worked at Poor Richards about 29 blocks up the road.

My flamboyantly gay stepbrother used to live a mile or so from Lloyd Center, but he never worked in a restaurant. There are more than two gay men in Portland? Go figure. ;)

There used to be a very friendly young Russian lady who worked at the Lloyd Center VI named Tatiana (I think that was her name).
I recall that lady, Felarry. Phil, you have a flamboyantly gay brother who lives in Portland? Does he have a small dog?

How did you get those? They should be a little out of season, now, especially where you live.

I'm more of a lurker, but I had to reply to this-- super small world!
For a few summers/college breaks years ago (2002-2003/2004), I would be living a block away from the Desert Star at my then-boyfriend's apartment.
I *think* the Greek place may have been Grecian Gardens?

Haha, awesome! Who knows, I probably walked by you once or twice while I was out there. :)

My supermarket had a great deal on them, more than half off, so I had to buy them. The box says they're from Chili.

"
Or Chile?

As my friend Joe would always say, "Dinner and a show!"

"
Or Chile?"
Yes, that one, but we call it Chili.
