"It doesnt burn any more,so look."She said climbing off him and laying on her front.
He pulled up her shirt looking at the tattoo. "Isn't red anymore. It's beautiful." he smiled and kissed it.
Lucia smiled softly,"Thats good to hear."She smiled as she felt him kiss her back.
He let her shirt fall back down and smiled at her. "You can get up now."
"Meh the fire is nice and warm here."Lucia said closing her eyes.
Lucia listened to the crackle of the fire as she slept.
Derek stood and went into the kitchen quietly, eating a raw steak out of the fridge.
"Its bad for you if you eat it like that,cook it slightly so its a little pink and bloody."Lucia said not even seeing him.
Derek looked at her and Smiled, putting it in the microwave. "Alright then."
"It'll taste better and not seem so barbaric."Lucia sighed with a giggle.
Derek chuckled and looked at her. "How did you know and you were asleep?"
Lucia smiled,"Cause a I tried it,and asleep,hmm only for a bit."
He smiled and took the steak out of the microwave. "Thanks for the heads up."
Lucia curled on her side as the fire blazed.
He watches her as he eats the steak.
He finished and drank the blood. Sat on the couch and watches her sleep.
Lucia liked the feel of the warm fire on her skin as the rain hit the windows lightly.
Derek heard the ran and stood, going to the window. He watched the rain fall, changing the look of the woods.
Lucia rolled funny and part of her back showed the tattoo.
Derek smiled as he saw some of her tattoo. He looked at it, trying to read it.
Lucia let out a soft sigh as she moved more exposing it all.
He smiled at her and went to sit beside her. He traced the tattoo with his fingers lightly.
Lucia softly sighed,she could feel him tracing her tattoo as she slept.The tattoo started from her left shooulder,curved and stopped at her right hip.
He smiled and continued tracing the tattoo, brushing his fingers against it lightly. He loved it.
Lucia never moved,she only slept.
Derek laid beside her and felt her and the fire's warmth. He yawned softly and stared up at the ceiling until he fell asleep.
Lucia rolled so she laid half on him.
Derek opened his eyes and saw her on him half way. He smiled and put an arm around her, going back to sleep.
Lucia felt an arm drap around her as the fire crackled.
Lucia listened to the fire crackle and rain hitting the window pain as they slept.
Hours later, Derek opened his eyes and looked outthe window to see the rain had stopped.
Derek looked back at Lucia and smiled.
"Hey,you sleep well?"Lucia asked.
He smiled. "You looked very peaceful."
He smiled and laid back down beside her.
