Derek smiled barely. "I love you Lu..." He was falling in and out of conscious.
Lucia brought her wrist back,"I love you too."She said a tear falling as he blacked out again.
He smelt her blood again and decided to take it, wanting to be with her forever. He drank her blood slowly, opening his eyes slightly to look at her.
Lucia winced a bit as he took her wrist back an bit in,she felt him drink deep as he glanced at her,a soft smile upon her face each time.
Sorry. He told her and pulled back, feeling better. He looked at her and brought his hand up slowly to touch her cheek.
"Its ok."Lucia said as he pulled back a golden lily taking the bites place as he touched her cheek,she kissed his palm.
He smiled slightly and looked down at her hand where there is now a golden lily. "Why is it there now?" He asked.
"Jackson told me it marks you for vampires and that their gonna keep coming..." He dropped his hand and looked away from her. "Why can't I stop them, I'm half vamp." He grew angry.
Lucia bit her lips,"Yes,its true."She said looking at him as his hand dropped,"Please dont be upset,when the time comes you'll know."
"When the time comes? I'll know what?" He looked back at her. "You already knew?"
"Yes,when things happen you will know what to do."Lucia said then looked at him,"No."
"I will know what to do about the vampires?" He furrowed his eyebrows.
"Yes."Was all she said before getting up and going to the kitchen for some blood.
He watched her go. "Why can't you just tell me Lu?" He grew angrier at himself and her.
Lucia sat in the kitchen drinking a a warm cup of blood,"Because I dont know."
He banged his head and sighed. "This is just great. The next vampire I fight, will surely kill me." He closed his eyes, needing rest.
He sighed and went to sleep.
He fell asleep and started dreaming.
Lucia sighed then went to bed curling up next to Derek.
Derek felt her warmth and moved closer to her.
Lucia drapped an arm over his waist curling closer.
He winced slightly in his sleep as he pulled her closer to him.
Lucia felt him tug her closer as she snuggled into his back.
Derek smiled and went back to sleep.
Hours later, Derek woke up in pain at his ribs, nose, and ankle. "Ah.." He gritted his teeth and sighed.
Lucia woke to his pain,"Derek are you alright?"She asked sitting up and looking at him.
He shook his head. "No.." He put his hand lightly on his side where his broken ribs were. He chuckled softly, "Wish I had healing of a vampire."
Lucia looked at him,"Broken ribs,hold on."She said jumping off the bed and into the kitchen.
He closed his eyes and waited for her to come back. "This is just freaking messed up." He sighed and winced.
Lucia came back with a cup,"Here,drink this."She said handing him the cup,"It has,honey,rose,mint a a pinch of blood."
He looked at her and took the cup, drinking the cup. "What does it do?" He handed her the empty cup and looked at her.
"Heals inner wounds."Lucia said taking the cup.
Derek felt his ribs healing and winced at the little pain it caused. "Ah..thanks." He smiled at her through the pain.
Lucia watched as he winced,it was working,"Your welcome."She smiled.
He breathed regularly as the healing stopped. "That helped a lot." He smiled at her and sat up slowly.
Lucia kissed him then laided back.
He pulled her back to him and kissed the top of her head. "Love you."

Lucia smiled softly,"Love you too."She yawned then went to sleep.(Same.))
He smiled and snuggled closer to her warmth and fell back to sleep.
Hours later, Derek could feel the sun on his skin. He opened his eyes slightly and looked out the window.
Derek yawned softly and looked over at Lucia.
