He smiled and drank out his mug. He closed his eyes and drunk the cup of blood, feeling the warmth going down his throat.
"You must really enjoy that."Lucia giggled.
He opened his eyes when he was done and sat his glass down. "Yeah."
She smiled against her cup as she sipped her own.
He smiled and went to put his mug in the sink.
She finished her cup and brought it to the sink as well,she started to wash them.
Derek leaned against the counter and watched her with a smile.
Lucia could feel his gaze as she washed,"Have a nice view love?"She giggled.
He chuckled and put his arms around her waist and his head on her shoulder. "Yes and I love what I see."
She giggled lightly as he came and put his arms around her waist well feeling his head on shoulder."Good my sweet."
He smiled and kissed her neck. "Very good."
She let out a soft sigh as he kissed her neck,"Oh so good."
He chuckled and let her go. "You drive me oh so crazy babe."
"If I do then why are you letting me go?"She teased letting the water out and drying her hands.
He shrugged and grinned. "I can't bare to touch you because it drives me crazier?" He smiled.
"Well I want you to touch me and never let me go."Lucia said placing her hands on his chest.
Derek smiled and placed his hands on her hips. "Really?"
"Yes."She said looking up into his eyes as his hands were on her hips.
He smiled and felt his eyes change.

He grinned and kissed her lips quickly. "What do you wanna do today?"
"Anything with you."She said softly.
He leaned his forehead against hers. "Ditto love."
Jackson knocked the door of Derek and Lucia's home and waited for them to answer.

Derek could smell his scent. He frowned and nodded, letting Lucia go. "Do we have to let him in?"
Jackson smirked and tapped his note to the door and left. The note read: Dear my sweet Lucia and big guy Derek, I'll always be around watching...How about we make this easy Derek and you just hand over Lucia. She's better off with me then you, you can't even control yourself when your with her....

"Its fine."She said as he let go and went over to the door.
Derek smirked. "You get the door. I have to go to the restroom." He went down the hall to the restroom.
"Ok."She said walking to the door,she looked around,"Hmph,hes not..hey whats that."She said grabbing a note,she read the note and gasped,"OH MY GOD!"She squealed,"Derek get out here now!"She slid to the porch floor holding the note.
Derek ran to the living room. "What is it?" He didn't see Jackson, he saw Lucia on the floor with a note. "Lu? What's wrong?" He went to her and looked at the paper in her hand. "Let me see."

She was shaking as tears came,she handed him the note,"He..he wants to take me away from...you."She sobbef rocking back and forth.((Ok,nite))
Derek read the note and dropped it. He went to Lucia and sat beside her. "He's not gonna take you from Lu, I'd die before I see you in his arms."
She buried her face on his chest and wrapped her arms around him as she was shaking.

Lucia held him close sobbing,"He cant have me,I belong to you and only you."
Derek heard Jackson's voice ringing in his head. "I won't let him have you Lu." He turned and looked out the door. "You can't have her!" He shouted.
Lucia was shaking scared,"I love you not him."She sobbed into his chest.
Derek held her shaking body to him and kissed the top of her head. "I know Lu."
Lucia wrapped her arms tighter around him as he held her and kissed her head.
"Don't worry Lu, I'll protect you...and myself." Derek heard Jackson's voice in his head again. Give her up or die. Her stood with Lucia in his arms and closed the door, locking it. He went into their room and laid Lucia down in the bed and got in beside her. "It's okay Lu, don't cry please."
Lucia shook with fear as he held her,then they stood up and he carried her to his room after he locked the door.She was then placed on his bed and he crawled in next to her,"I'm sorry its just I care about you so much."She said snuggling closeto him and drying her tears.
He wrapped his arms around her and stroked her hair. "Nothing is going to happen to me or you."
"Thank you."She said as his arms went around her.
"Any time my love. It's my job to protect you remember." He smiled softly.

He looked up at the ceiling. "I guess I do."
Lucia giggled slightly,she then sat up and looked down him,blushu coming to her cheeks,"Derek...please embrace me."
He smiled and pulled her into his arms. "This good?"
"Shh,ask me after."She said kissing him softly.
He smiled and kissed her back softly. He held her in his arms tightly.
