Where Miracles Happen - Joan Webster Anderson

Abarat:Days of Magic, Nights of War by Clive Barker

I finished Billie Lett's Made in the USA which was excellent. I don't know how she builds a plot around such quirky characters and makes it work.
Now, I'm reading The Granny by Brendand O'Carroll. It's the last book in the Agnes Browne series and I think I'll be very disappointed to let this family go.
