Request to combine books & add cover

Dear librarians, can someone please add a cover pic to Bandoeng-Bandung (link to photo below) and combine this copy with Bandoeng-Bandung?

I combined it but can not see cover pic, it reports an error when i click the link.

I did that before (and I can see the picture when I click on both the links; maybe it's protected outside of Netherlands???) so let's try another one...
