Sandy, I don't think my GR author was credited for post 277. It says the readerboard is updated to post 300. My points match but my GR author was not shown. The book I read for post 277 was "The Courage Tree" by Diane Chamberlain and it says she is a GR author. When you get a chance, could you check that out for me? Thank you.

task 15.1- option B requires a superlative adjective-an adjective that describes the extreme quality of one thing in relation to a group of at least 3 things- big, bigger, biggest- "extraordinary" is an adjective; "most extraordinary" would be the superlative form. If you can find a reference that supports extraordinary as a superlative adjective, please let me know.

for 5.7 in post #165 as part of a trilogy. I read
for task 10.3. post 52. Task 5.7 says if you read a book in a trilogy, you have to read ALL 3 BOOKS BEFORE THE CHALLENGE IS OVER. I did. Is that not right? Sorry for the confusion, but I just followed task 5.7 instructions. ;)

Reply to post 55 re: my post 348: Yes, most of the book took place there; the "home base" was in the Philippines but the action took place in Madagascar and actually also in New Guinea, if I figured it out right.

task 30.1 #2- Face of Betrayal doesn't appear to be a cozy -a book with an amateur sleuth that "usually takes place in a small, picturesque town or village, with characters who I could envision having as neighbors or friends...they don't usually involve a lot of gory details or explicit "adult situations" (from the cozy-mystery link)
Please provide details that support this book as a cozy mystery.

Since you read two books to make up the minimum page requirement for a 1 book task, you can only claim 1 GRA ticket for this - this only counts as 1 book for task purposes.

I just looked at your post 415, and you didn't claim a BB ticket. If you're claiming a big book ticket, you have to say so.

Your first book must be written by a new-to-you author. If you like that author, you may read another book written by that same author. If you don't like the author of the first book (or if you just want to broaden your horizons), you may pick another new-to-you author for the second book.
