Could someone please help by combining my Kindle edition (ASIN B005T5ARQ8) that is already associated with my name/blog/info/etc. with my newly published paperback edition (ISBN 978-1466404342). I noticed that the Kindle shows me as JP David, while the paperback shows me as J P David. Perhaps this makes a difference? Thank you.

Yes, the author names have to be exactly the same. I fixed it and combined them.
Just FYI, GoodReads format is periods and no space between initials: J.P. David
