Why Did Everyone Vote For Maze Runner?

I actually voted for Eon but this question is for the voters of Maze Runner

I had just had my daughter and was busy so I didn't vote, but I would have voted for vampire academy. But I'm actually glad maze runner won out over it because I have read the whole vp series already but have not read maze runner. Better be as good as every days it is

I haven't read the Maze Runner, but I have been interested in reading it for awhile. I have just had other books I wanted to read more, so I hadn't gotten to reading it. Also, my friend read it last year for a book club at the library and said it was a good book.

I didn't vote on it. I already read it but it's good that I have it because I need to reread it and then the Scorch Trials because I just got the last book.
