Which book has a better love triangle, The Hunger Games or Twilight? Why?
so...hows the weather?
Hunger Games all the way man. The love triangle is so much more...epic? Yeah...Twilight is too much about 'oh Edward I love you so much!' and "Edward you are so amazing". Just my opinion.
OH, and Anne, being twelve is awesome. Be proud of it because you are only twelve once :)

haha i agree with the edward thing i didnt think twilight had a love triangle that much because bella didnt really debate over who she would chose
yup. the whole book was about Edward...well, she did kinda have to choose, but she was obviously going to go with the creeper vampire of course.

I think the Hunger Games love triangle is so much better and way more complex and interesting. Twilight also has one but not nearly as good as The Hunger Games!

And how can you not root for a baker who's named after a type of bread?

I read this somewhere else, don't remember where, but it was pointed out that pee-ta and kat-niss would have the worst portmanteau name ever! cracked me up!

The sparkles are weird!! And Bella annoys me. She's so... clingy and frustrating! Not the brightest person, and though I have nothing against Stephanie Meyers, I found it annoying how the book tried to portray Bella as a strong character, when she seemed emotionally unstable, especially when Edward left. She's like, "Oh, Edward! How can I ever live without you?!?!" when she didn't even try to move on. And she only started hanging out with Jacob because he could fix the motorcycles so she could have crazy hallucinations about Edward. She still wasn't trying to get over it.On the other hand, Katniss is actually a strong character and people can relate to her trying to protect those she loves better than relating to a girl who clings to a sparkling, vegetarian vampire. I liked what Katniss stood for and how she actually did something meaningful.
It's actually amazing how complex a character Katniss is... It's not that she's perfect, but she's self aware enough to know when she's being selfish. Take for example the scene in Catching Fire after she finds out what the new Quarter Quell will be, and hears of Peeta's reaction. "I knew it. In this way, Peeta's not hard to predict. While I was wallowing around on the floor of that cellar, thinking only of myself, he was here, thinking only of me. Shame isn't a strong enough for what I feel."

Twilight. Beacuase, with Twilight Bella actually has to choose, and its really hard,because she cares for them both. But in Mockingjay Katniss doesnt really get to choose. Its sorta chosen for her

I like the Hunger Games love triangle more, but the Twilight one had more action since Peeta and Gale never really got in each others faces.
yeah. I wish that Gale and Peeta had some sort of bash-head scene. Though in Twilight, Edward and Jacob are all like 'she's mine', and you've got to admit, those scenes make you smile and get all giddy:)But I do like the Hunger Games love triangle better. The love part is not what the book is about.

PERSONAL OPINION: Katniss totally has to choose. but in twilight, it's kinda like a given that her and edward will be together. i knew that from the start of book 1. but in the hunger games, i really didn't know who she would choose.

Katniss she had to choose over two people she knew from her past.

And in Mockingjay, Gale leaves for reasons i will not write because of spoilers, so she doesnt really have a choice.
Hunger Games has a better love triangle. Always have, always will....Well, until there's another book in the future with better love triangle i guess.

I think twilight because in the hunger games I had to read catching fire to really sense the love triangle.
i didnt get a huge sense of the love triangle until New Moon...
Neither. I think that Les Miserables has a much better love triangle with Marius, Cosette and Eponine. Because they are much more cooler except for Jacob and Gale.
