For those that haven't already read it... I'd like to recommend Tuck Everlasting Tuck Everlasting by Natalie Babbitt

Here also is a young girl who's faced with a way to become immortal (in this case painlessly) and to spend that time with a 17 year old boy and her choice is far different from Bella Swan's

It makes an interesting counterpoint to the Twilight Saga at at 139 pages its a short read.

I watched the movie but haven't read the book yet. I got Red Riding Hood for my birthday and Charlie is in it.
