Leyah (serferrant) | 8612 comments ^ I'm HERE
> In Australia
v I think there's a few trees and some water in the way, sorry :)

message 5852: by [deleted user] (new)

^ Yeah, just a few.
>Australia seems awesome. I think my dad's cousins live there. I want to go.
v What's it like? The only mental picture I have is of a kangaroo and the Great Barrier Reef, and what I saw in Finding Nemo... I need a bit of help in the mental picture department

message 5853: by Leyah (new)

Leyah (serferrant) | 8612 comments ^ Um. Well, it's hard to say, because it's such a big country. I'll try my best. Um. Er.
> Hard.
v Have you ever tried to describe the US to someone?????

message 5854: by [deleted user] (new)

^Okay. Try just in the basic area of where you live. No need to give a location, just describe it.
>sorry for the hard question.
v I've never been put in that situation, no.

message 5855: by Leyah (new)

Leyah (serferrant) | 8612 comments ^ I didn't think you would've.
> I live in a little country town with an amazing community, a goof primary school, a locally-owned shops. It's in the highlands (sort of) and it gets very cold and rainy, but I love it. The kids at my high school aren't so tasteful, though - swearing, rudeness, but generally that stops outside of school.
v We also get a lot of Japanese tourists, in fact, we get most of our money from tourism :)

message 5856: by Briana (new)

Briana (brianals) | 15203 comments Mod
^ @Leyah: Japanese? Ook...
> I wasn't on the computer at all yesterday

v And my mom is telling me to get off because I've been on for "too long"

message 5860: by [deleted user] (new)

^Don't forget the ^>v, Leha.
> Cheesy??? I dunno. Starwars? Princess Bride? High School Musical? Any Disney movie?
v Don't be offended by the movies I call cheesy. They are all really good.

message 5861: by Briana (new)

Briana (brianals) | 15203 comments Mod
^ Princess Bride and HSM are not cheesy
> So...
v I am getting off

message 5862: by [deleted user] (new)

^They're the good kind of cheesy. The cheesy that makes them appear on the favorite movie list. Like George of the Jungle for me and my brother.
>So what???

Leha | 19 comments Thanks guys... Maybe I should watch all those movies lol... A cheesy movie marathon :)

message 5868: by [deleted user] (new)

> Had to do a presentation today for a debate comp because I came second last year, I didn;t have a choice but to compete.
V Then got lumped with the job of helping newbies prepare for some final debate thing in three weeks. *facepalm*

message 5870: by [deleted user] (last edited Aug 15, 2013 04:50AM) (new)

^ Interesting??
> DOes stupid friend drama count as interesting?
v Orrrrrrrrrr maybe the piles of homework waiting for me? Or maybe even the fact that my little brother has picked up a nasty habit of chewing everyone he loves. :/

message 5871: by Leyah (new)

Leyah (serferrant) | 8612 comments ^ Oh dear - How old is he?
> Friend drama - this is why I stick to Goodreads :)
v Now I don't know what to say. Hm.

message 5872: by [deleted user] (new)

^ He's... 9. He acts like a baby sometimes though. This is his newest thing: using people as chew toys.
> Friend drama is one of the most ocnfusing things ever. And there's that girl thing where you know how us girls are just meant to know some unspoken rules about dating and friendship and/or whatever?
v Yeah. I have no idea when they taught that but OBVIOUSLY my friends and I all happened to miss that class. LOL. How are you?

message 5873: by Leyah (new)

Leyah (serferrant) | 8612 comments ^ Quite well, thank you. Slightly worried about all the homework I haven't done, but yeah, fine.
> Nyeh nyeh. Girls can be... fruitcakey sometimes. Well, a lot of the time, actually. Nevermind about them... books are better (XD)
v Oh...kay. 5 years old I would understand. But nine?? Erm.

Anyway. How are you?

message 5874: by [deleted user] (new)

^ Girls can be fruitcakey - underestimation of the century. Books are definitely better.

> Probably not.(Oh, and you were really paying attention at church...:)
V Took a nap today?

message 5889: by Briana (new)

Briana (brianals) | 15203 comments Mod
^ Which one are you thinking of? I was paying attention. Sort ofish. But I forgot my embroidery and I usually have to do something with my hands, so I randomly started drawing on my hand. Then my mom's. Nope. No nap.
> CONNECT THE PICTURES FROM THE NOTEBOOK!
v *exasperated sigh* These people

message 5890: by Elevetha (new)

Elevetha | 11058 comments ^ Huh?

message 5891: by Briana (new)

Briana (brianals) | 15203 comments Mod
^ I was talking about the movie that I was watching. Is that's what you were sating huh to. Why is doing embroidery at church so hard to wrap your head around?
> I've only read the Harry Potter books once

v reread books a lot?

message 5893: by Elevetha (new)

Elevetha | 11058 comments ^ I do, yeah.
> It's hard to wrap my head around because dinking around with other stuff at Mass...is not something you do.
V Anyways...last song you listened to?

message 5894: by Marlene (new)

Marlene Ocampo (seeyouspacecowboy) ^ If I really like them. I've reread Harry Potter six times or so. Not as much as I've reread Narnia or the Enola Holmes books, though.
> I cannot comprehend doing embroidery in church. XD Usually I dink with my rosary or something. Today was a very trying day at Mass (the choir was being especially happy-clappy and the singers were making my ears hurt), so I brought a little booklet about Papa Benedict's "God is Love" encyclical. Good stuff.
V I'm so tired and hungry right now. Just might go get something to eat and have a nap.

message 5895: by Briana (new)

Briana (brianals) | 15203 comments Mod
^ Well, our church is more laid back. Last song I listened to (I was flipping around on the radio so I missed part of the beginning): My Songs Know What You Did In The Dark by Fall Out Boy
