Strictly speaking, this SHOULD be on the research page -- I only mention it because the title struck me as so like the discussion here: Bowie, Malcolm. “Proust, Jealousy, Knowledge.” Freud, Proust, and Lacan: Theory as Fiction. Cambridge: Cambridge UP, 1987. 45-65. I know nothing about the article or book other than this title and that it appeared on a Bard College course description for ISOLT.

Or just plain the nature of them?
I said I wasn't sure there was a difference in unmeasured observations between a scientist and an artist. Measured observations will start looking very different. I wasn't making a value judgment.
