The twoleg used some stuff that smelled like fish to try and tempt them into a room to treat them, the same room Stormfeather was in.

Nightdawn followed her, btu didn't jump down. "Hmmm..."

"I'm not Featherstorm!" Powdertail meowed indignantly, then noticed the fishy smell. mmm...what's this? She followed the scent, and it led her into a large, clean-smelling room. In a corner, in a cage sleeping, was Stormfeather.

Seaflame followed Noghtdawn, hearing the cats faintly.

Stormfeather murmered his sisters name again

Nightdawn looked at Seaflame. "What do you think?" he asked, curling by the shadow of the block thing, and apearing to shimmer and disappear.

Rani darted to the cage Stormfeather was in from the room she'd landed in. She sniffed the cage and bit the lock wittingly, scrambling to open it. She'd done this only once before, and with much difficulty. And she'd had help. It was much harder this time.

Smokepaw followed the fish scent, and found Stormfeather. Her eyes glazed with anger, a growl escaped her. This time she did have a thorn in her paw.

"C'mon budge, you stupid thing!" Rani stepped back and hit the lock with unsheathed claws. The cage door popped and swung open. An amused smile appeared on her muzzle. "Stormfeather! Wake up!" she exclaimed.

Seaflame yelped, startled, almost sliding off the roof of the Twoleg nest.

"What?" Nightdawn asked crossly, not noticing anything. But as he curled up closer, he seemed to be very shimmery.

But Stormfeather had been given something to keep him asleep and didnt move

he stirred a little and opened a bleary eye "leave me alone. i dont want to go on patrol today." he muttered sleepily "i went night fishing."

smokepaw whacked Stormfeather's ear with a sheathed paw. "Wake up stupid, you're not in your clan anymore! PROPHECY!

"ow!" he meowed, struggling to his feet. he swayed on his paws sleepily and meowed "alright, alright, im up and moving. jeez Featherstorm"

"Let's go! We can't climb up the chimney with him like this. Look for an open window!" Rani instructed.

Stormfeather blinked sleepily and tilted his head, confused

"go? um...alright. is it the night of the gathering?" he asked

"No, we're on a mission." Smoekpaw sighed.

he shook his head hard, and looked at her "s-smokepaw?" he meowed groggily

"right....so...sleepy" he muttered, jerking his head up so he wouldnt try and fall back asleep

Rani spotted an open window in the next room. "This way!" she ordered, leading them to the window. "Smokepaw, you go up first, then I'll help Stormfeather up to you. Slip out the window and find your friends." she instructed.

Blazestrike backed away from the house, she wanted to keep away from fighting as much as possible.

Night dawn slipped down and hid int he shadow of the window they wer pawing at. He disappeeared. "Hold on, I'll try to open it." he muttered, but they couldnt see him.

"Nightdawn?" Rani mewed, looking through the window. He wasn't there, but she decided maybe she just couldn't see him. "Get up there, Stormfeather!" she urged, trying to push him up.

Stormfeather grumbled and leapt up onto the windowsill. but in his drowsiness he had misjudged the distance and only landed half on. he grunted in pain as he scrabbled for a purchase

Rani jumped up and helped Smokepaw pull Stormfeather the rest of the way up.
