I think the only routines I have are the ones that involve hygiene: the order of things I do when I wake up and go to sleep or bathe, and the order of things I do to groom the pony. I guess I have a gym routine too. Other than those things, there is nothing I do the same two days in a row.

I crossed out six different phrases before settling on that one as the most innocuous. I guess I was wrong :)

Good one Sarah!
I have to take a shower or bathe right before getting into bed. I feel dirty if I don't, like I'm fouling the bed. I tried switching to mornings but I can't do it.

This message was the best way to start out the day!

My daily morning routine is to make myself a cup of chai tea and check my calendar, then make a list of things to do. Then I watch some news, take my pills and supplements, walk my dog, and take a shower. Some days, this is not what I get to do, and I can manage, but I feel better if I start my day this way.

- When I'm having lunch by myself, I have to listen to a podcast. I get my food, sit down, continue an episode or pick a new one, make sure the volume and everything is alright, and enjoy. I like lunches alone with my podcasts better than those with people.
