Personality: Jack is hostile and very cruel, not to mention mentally unstable. Although, he has a very soft spot for his cousin, Harley Quinn, and will do anything for her
History: Jack was born to a very wealthy family that couldn't have been more nice, but that was one of the biggest reasons that he was bullied most of his life. Until one day, when he was seventeen he just snapped and killed those who had ever bullied him, which included most of his siblings. He decided to flee from his town and move to Gotham. It was at Gotham City where he hid at his cousin Harley's house. As months went by, Harley and Jack had grown very close, they had a brother/sister relationship. A year after he committed the murders, Jack ran into the Joker, who Harleen had been helping under a secret identity. The Joker then took Jack under his wing, seeing potential within him, and soon transformed him into a clown-like villain. Two years later, Jack had quickly climbed to the top of Gotham's crime until he was captured by Batman and brought to Arkham.

History: Morte was born to royalty. At first, he was happy and felt loved. But, as time went on, he began to realized that everyone paid attention to his older brother, Faro, and gave him all of their love, but Morte was shunned by everyone. He was left all alone in his brother's shadow. Then, one night, Morte attempted to kill Faro. Faro tried to reason with his younger brother, but Morte had let his jealousy and hatred grow and fester, turning him to a monster. Morte vowed to kill his brother and everyone. He vowed to destroy the world. Reluctantly, Faro banished his beloved younger brother to the United States. There, Morte gathered his Army of Death and began to destroy the United States, Faro left his homeland, Romania, to the United States to deal with his younger brother. They have been at war for three years now. Faro finds it painful to fight his younger brother, whom he still loved. Morte, however, did not, and still does not, know that his brother loves him.
