Is anyone else having problems reaching The NaNoWriMo Dashboard?
yes! it wont work for me! for half an hour already....
Every time I click Dashboard, NaNo tells me they encountered a problem or something. I've found a back way on to the site though ... You go through your history on your computer and look for something that's not the NaNo Dashboard, like Messages, and you can get on to NaNo to update your word count.

I think my whole writing career died.
I was talking about your name. I can't force you to write, and it's understandable if you're in a rut, even if that rut has lasted a very long time (even though everything I've read from the said rut period is fantabulous). However, I don't think you should say you give up completely. If it makes you feel better not to write, then don't. Just keep it in the back of your mind for the rainy days when you need something.
