Okay, so I know that some people are looking for "jobs" for their character to do as maybe...volunteer work. Is it okay with you if I make a thread with a list of things they can do to volunteer/help out, and if I do, what would you suggest be on the list?

Hey guys! About the daily mod thing. I'm not sure. Because, what if they went and did something drastic.. Or messed up the whole group.. I'd rather do the volunteer mod thing..
And Ashby, su. I think we could do that. Like volunteer hours. And who Evers charrie works for 100 hours would get to be member of the week. We could give them mod privvies...
Also, 4 members away. From 100. We really need to start planning for the 100 members thing. We know we have the topics and the prize down.
I twas thinking that the topics would all be frozen after 1 week and all characters at the party.. (one charrie each per member.) would get auto magically transferred to the mystery room. And the games would begin! aft a week in the mysty room, then the cruise would end. :) two weeks al life event.
When I create the event, there is going to be a form to fill out like an RSVP.
So we can make su no one can try and sneak in more than one charrie so we can keep tabs. ;) what do you think?

I agree with Ashby on the no-swear thing. Forgive me, I'm a 13-year-old killjoy who's been way sheltered her whole life. And I despise swear words with a passion. And yes, I consider "cr*p" to be a bad word.
But just giving my input; honestly, I think I'd rather be in a smaller group with no swears than a giant group with many swears everywhere I turn.
Swear words make people look unintelligent. Uneducated. Like they lack self-control.

I understand that, but some people swear to let their steam out, swearing's not all that bad, sometimes its the ONLY way to get you word across, I don't swear that often, but when I do, its normally only cr*p

There are so many people who like to cuss and do it all the time, and it seems almost impossible to try to stop it. BUT, words like f***, s***, d***, and p*** need to be used at the absolute minimum in my opinion. Words like cr*p I don't think are as bad, but it still needs to be controlled.

May I ask what the P*** Is?...
Sometimes... you just have to lay down the law. Say, "No more swearing. You get 3 chances." or whatever your rule is. I have booted people from my groups because they say bad words. I boot them, but I warn them at least twice before. And they continue, so I boot them.
We can't ban swearing bEcause in other coutries in means different things, I'm British, in England cr*p really is not a swearword, not every one can't stand swearing, that's why we aren't banning it
But then again, this can have reverse effect.
I can see why you'd leave it to make your group bigger; it makes sense. I get it. You want this group to be welcoming to a wide variety of people who have different... speaking... habits.
However, it will encourage people who don't approve of bad words to leave the group. I've left groups before because there was uncontrolled swearing, and I didn't like it one bit. One of them was actually the Academy of Mystical Beings, or whatever it's called. I just can't take that kind of stuff.
So I think you should factor in all of that.

I am not in a traditional school. I go to online school. Yes, I am exposed though. Now...
Swearing... Look, I don't particularly like it sometimes. But with a group like this big, I'm not going to waste my time running all over the site telling people to stop swearing. If it's a little bit I'm fine with that. What I why's is when people pile all the swear words they can think of into a couple of posts.. It's stupid. I'm completely okay with Crap. That's like saying it's a load of poo. But if someone says h3ll, that's not nessacerily a bad word. Just one that PeoPle use strongly sometimes. D@mn, well that it a bit more strong. But in children's books it's been used. All the other words.. I don't like. But as the rules state. If someone asks you to stop swearing. Stop. Ok? Because it's been 3 days and people ae still worrying about this subject. I'm sick and tired of having to repeat myself. And guess what. I'm tired right now: 20 mins to 12am. So please. If you think im being harsh or rude and brisk. it's cause of tired because I was running a lot today, and because I dont like repeating myself. That's it.

No, Streak, I don't think you're being harsh or rude. You have a fair point.
