Okay. First you go to the Characters topic and create your charrie. Next, go to the Powers Request, and request a power! After your power is approved, go to the Positions Request and ask for a postion. Then finally, when that has all been approved, you can go to the Flock List topic and then RP. Before you RP, read the RP Rules though. Have fun! :D
