This book is about a Yong adult named Jesse that is 19 years old. Jesse dropped out of high school and also moved out of his moms and drunk step dads house because of his step dad.Jesse then moves with Abel and live in an apartment.They both live in Fresno,California.Jesse and Abel both go to college and also both work in the fields piking frouts or vegetables. throughout this book it tells how hard Jesse and his brother work hard both in and out of school. Every character in the book loves how kind Jesse is.At the end of the book Abel gets a recruitment letter.This is very hard for Jesse because he does not want to lose his brother even though his step father does not want Jesse to turn out like Abel. All in all i did enjoy this book and rec-amend it to every one.
