What if the author has the same initial for their first and last name? I'm reading Wicked by Sara Shepard right now. Would that count?
Both letters would have to show up in Thanksgiving. So like G.G. would work or I.I. I think this makes it a little more challenging.
Thanks. :) Having both letters is better anyway, I like the further challenge. I'll just put Wicked in the YA challenge anyhow.
I finished up the 6 points. Should I just double it to 12 since it's not even halfway through or just try for 10? I'll try for 6 points.

I say go for 12, I know you can make it!
I think I'll try for 12 books, although most of them will probably be the Published in 2011 type. I'm trying to finish off this year's crop of books before we get into 2012.1. It's So Easy: and other lies by Duff McKagan, published 2011

I'm trying to make a dent in my 2011 books. So many books published this year that I really want to read. Plus, I feel overwhelmed by my TBR pile/list. It's getting bigger. I almost wish people would stop recommending and mentioning interesting books.
Haha Shay! I thought you would never have a TBR pile. Probably will never be as large as mine is though. Just because you are basically amazing at reading so many books.
Wow. That's a lot of books. My GRs tbr shelf has over 2500 books. Sometimes I think I'm never going to be able to finish them all. lol
My GR TBR is over 1200 and I haven't even listed them all...ooohhhh!!!! Sad....so many books and so little time!
i'm doing a secret santa book exchange in another group and they wanted me to whittle my wishlist down to 6 books...6 that I really want...well, i only put books on my wishlist that I really want...so yeah, my person is getting like 600 to pick from

1. Read books where the authors' initials can be found in T.H.A.N.K.S.G.I.V.I.N.G. The letters don't have to be adjacent to one another.
2. Read books that were published in 2010-2011.
Like last month, each book you read will count one point.
Happy Reading!
