Missing cover image - please help

I listed my latest novel for a giveaway, but can't figure out why the book cover isn't loading or how to fix that. Any help or tips greatly appreciated. The book cover is on Amazon (see below). Thanks for assistance.

There is a caching delay (of 24 / 48 hours I think) on the author profile page but the cover shows up else where immediately
