Piper and Jason is my vote, I don't know they seem to fit each other better than Jason and Reyna. No offense to Jeyna fans out there, this is just my opinion on things. I also think Reyna's cool too though.

I don't really think she's that dependent, just in certain areas of the book made her look that way. When her ankle broke it's not like she could get out her dagger and fight them off herself not to mention she had hypertimoa or whatever. And she did resist Medua's charm after booth Leo and Jason fell for it and nearly killed themselves in the process. She even stood up to both Hera and Thalia who could have easily killed her that second, but admitted she had spunk. She risked her's and her father's for the quest and did a whole bunch of other things. Maybe near the beginning she was but hey she just got to know she was a demigod, even Percy (the hero of Olympus I'm talking about here people) wasn't that skillful in in the start but that's the whole point of the books. Watching them turn into heroes is half the fun sometimes. =D

Well we don't know of her awkward time cause she was already trained. I mean upon entering Circe's island she was pampered. Only when the pirates kidnapped her did she learn how to fight. Piper learned to fight in the quest right? lol I guess that is the only way, I really wonder what will happen when they both meet... ugh the suspense is killing me, one more page! That all I needed but no there has to be a cliffhanger. Genius I respect it as a author in training (what I like to call myself now for fun) but it doesn't mean I have to like it. =D

Just bugs me that Rick Riordan has all his genius ideas to himself, I'm so jealous of his editors, they get to see the story early AND add changes if they don't like someting. So awesome! Anyway I think it's kinda evenly split right, the odds on who Jason picks. It could go either way. Maybe even get a twist when we think we know who he's gonna be with... hum ... it wouldn't be the first time Rick's done that to us.

I think piper, the author set the whole stage for piper to get with Jason and reyna and Jason weren't even going out before he disappeared.

But they were on the way to getting together. I mean Reyna was the first person he really remembered and that got him confused about Piper. He must have liked her a lot when he left cause if after all what he and Piper went through and he's STILL confused? I honestly don't know.

i think jason will choose piper because there wasnt as strong a relationship between him and Reyna. the author said he remembered ALL his friends (near the end ) from camp jupiter, not only Reyna. And when he told piper that his memories that he was slowly discovering werent necessarily good for 'us', it might not have meant that he remembered he and Reyna had a budding relationship or close to that. Remember that Piper said ' I didnt know whether by 'us' he meant he and I, or all of us at Camp Half-Blood'. The next book didn't really gvve any support for the idea/rumor that perhaps Rena had been interested in Jason. I think Piper and Jason's relationship with each other is for real and to stay.

Yeah I didn't mean by only I meant by remembered most, he had known that there was definetly a girl named Reyna and he had said that it made him question how he felt about Piper even if he really liked her. He must have cared for her a lot since he by then was starting to develop some strong feelings for Piper. What if those feelings for Reyna restrain the relationship with Piper and Jason?

i think his feelings for Piper are stronger than what feelings he may have been arousing for Reyna. He had already gotten some pretty strong and certain feelings for Piper, I don't believe any thought or meeting with Reyna will prevent it, only perhaps cause some iotas of doubt, but not enough to make him drop Piper.

Hey like I said Rick Riordan knows his twists did you see Thalia having a Roman brother, the Leo Sammy thing, Nico knowing about the Roman camp or even there being a Roman camp... Gotta admit dude's got imagination! =D

you've got a point about that...but he didnt form major cracks in something that was strong, he just added perplexing twists to where there waas nothing..like it wasn;t even mentioned in the books that Thalia might have a brother, but then he added that part! he didn't change anything!

She said it like it could have several different meanings and he could pick which one."

Yeah exactly. So R.R. made up the whole plot for piper-Jason, with Aphrodite encouraging her and all, you know? And then suddenly he decides to drop all that? Would be weird. And reyna wasn't that close to Jason. They were sort of only friends. She's not, like, overwhelmed by his disappearance or anything, just really worried.

Also, in the SON book, it said that when Percy mentioned Jason, Reyna had the eyes of a "hungry wolf", which probably means that they weren't together yet, but Reyna wanted him.

I agree with the part of Rick Riordan creating that WHOLE plot throughout the story about building their relationship, and then Jason just dropping off and going for Reyna? Uh, weird. Maybe, though, he would start kind of leaning towards Reyna and Reyna's hitting on him, but Jason knows he likes Piper or something... I don't know.
