Angelo looked around. He and his alliance were in the midst of all the fighting. He bet that they could slip away without being noticed much. Besides they had only seen this part of the arena. Why no explore a little more. He presented his idea to Amy and Jewel

Angelo watched nervously as Amy started to fight. He was so scared of losin her, he couldn't move or talk. He just stood and watched.

A bellowing sound comes from the garden maze.
Three tributes; Alex, Andro and Jewel head over to investigate. As they enter the door the sound gets louder and more persistent. The hedge of the maze closed behind them. Jewel turned and started cutting at it but it blunted all of her knives. She swore loudly.
A horrible creature, half man half bull ((Also known as the minotaur)) walks around a corner and spots them. It bellows and runs straight for Jewel, stabbing her in the head with one of his long, sharp horns and throws her against the maze wall. One canon goes off.
Alex tries to run but her sweeps her up in a giant paw-like hand and shakes her around. She notices the smell of rotting meat coming off it.
The minotaur tips back his head and swallos the tribute whole. After a few minutes another canon goes off. The minotaur spits her back out, digested and deformed. After all, there's got to be something to send back to the family.
The minotaur the sets his sights on Andro. Andro stands tall and brave ready to face his death.
The minotaur simply walks forward, touches his forehead and chants some mangled, mashed up words in a low, gruff, inhuman voice. He then steps back, bellows and runs back the way he came. After a bit all is silent once again.
Andro is puzzled. Why didn'tthe thing kill him?
Suddenly his vision goes blurry.
Everything spins and his stomach aches with an inhuman pain.
"Must... eat" he falls to his knees and crawls towards Jewel's body. He picks up her hand and takes a bite out of her finger before he realises what he is doing. He yells, spits the chunk of finger out and runs. The hunger pains get worse. The taste of still warm flesh lingers in his mouth and he wants more. He gets lost, every turn in the maze shifting when he went down it. He colapsed from the pain in his stomach, which grew stronger and stronger until he was taking bites out of his own hands. Soon he passes out from the pain of both his stomach and the wounds in his hands. Another canon goes off.

He had seen the labs before so they ran in the direction they saw them. They ended up being the first ones there so they tried to find a place to hide....

Henry runs up the hill towards the labs but trips and sprawls on the ground. Seqouia doesn't notice he's down until she's half way up the hill. Unfortuneatly He's don for the count! He hit his head on a rock and the noxious gas is slowly creeping towards him. Henry wakes up to a mouthful of harmful chemicals and splutters, choking. A canon goes off.

Sequioa is stunned, heartbroken and scared to death. She has lost her alliance, and she made it to the final three. She stopped at the top of the hill, looking for her opponents.

When Sequioa saw Amy, she saw how lucky she had been staying out of trouble. And now the only way to live was to fight. She still had two knives from the forest and she took them out, trying to look tough. She glared back.

Angelo saw Amy take out her knife and took out his own harpoon gun, never letting go of her hand.
He followed Amy's gaze and saw Sequioa about a hundred yards away
