THAT SONG. I am madly in love with that song. It's probably my favorite Owl City song.

It's not my favorite, but I do like it a lot. It's very pretty and relaxing. :)

Indeed. I also love the concept behind the lyrics. I tend to like Adam's songs that lean toward melancholy the most.

I tend to like his happier songs, just because... I usually listen to Owl City when I want to be happier. XD But yes, the lyrics are very nice.

Paramore - Hallelujah
(It only took me two tries to spell it correctly. I think that's a record.)

I can see where the sad lyrics would defeat that purpose. Heh heh. Pssh.

I LOVE THAT SONG. Huh, you introduced me to Breathe Carolina. Well, technically, you introduced Sam. But whatever. I read his mind like a boss.
Taylor Swift - Love Story.
I DID! I liked them back then, but I was never really super into them until tonight. I guess I'm just in the mood for electronic rock. xD But now they're mainstream and the part of me that Alex likes to call a hipster is kind of frustrated about that.

Who needs violins and cellos and basses in a symphony when you've got ELECTRIC GUITARRRS!?!?!?

Do you like/have you heard of Scriabin?"
I approve. That sounds so awesome.
Indeed I have, Russian composer fangirl that I am. I haven't heard much of his work, I do like his preludes, and you have to love him for being one of the first Russian symbolists.
My favourite composers are Shostakovich, Saint-Saëns and Elgar, though, no question. And Lizst. And Penderecki. And Chopin. And Gershwin. Yeah, I'd better stop before this list gets too long.
The Romance by Michael W. Smith
Aaah. He came out with an instrumental project this year and I want to live inside of it for a little while.

Yeah, it's hearing pieces like his, as well as anything by Lizst, Beethoven's stuff for piano etc that totally makes me wish that I was better at the piano than I am, or that I had the time to take it much more seriously. At the moment I just teach myself Regina Spektor songs and accompany myself singing Schubert and that's just about it. Unfortunately, I'm far too preoccupied with the double bass and classical guitar, and I sing in a choir four days a week as well :/
