What Are You Listening To?
I'm listening to the Catch Me If You Can original Broadway cast recording soundtrack (while applying for scholarships and painting my nails. Yay multitasking!).
Thank You Mario But Our Princess is in Another Castle -- the Mountain GoatsHOLDEN STOP ME! I can't stop listening to this song. It's amazing.
I know a guy who can play the Mario theme song on the keyboard really well. Random fact of the min. Haha

@HoldenThe fan-made video is the only one I've watched. *flails*
Are there any songs like it that you enjoy?

The Cave - Mumford and Sons"
It was! There was another band there called Hannah & Maggie who were really amazing ... reminded me a bit of Tegan & Sara. :) Y'all should check this stuff out, especially because these are bands that are just starting out and all:

That's okay. I heard The New Pornographers is pretty similar, as well as a couple others. I just wanted to see if you had any to add.
Thank you, Holden!!! I'm just trying to look for other music...as a composer, listening to film scores has become discouraging at best. XD
I have Bieber Fever so badly right now, it's not even funny. He's all I've listened to for almost 2 weeks straight (outside of the radio in the car). AND HE'S COMING OUT WITH AN ACOUSTIC ALBUM ON TUESDAY AHHHHH.
So, you can guess what I'm listening to right now. :)

He is!?! How did I not know about this?
@Jayda: Finally! Someone who agrees with me! :D@Blueturtles: For the longest time, I didn't know about it either. I think I found out through Twitter.
Well, look on the bright side: at least you know now!
I'm building my "remorse/guilt/breakup" playlist. So far, I have:Untitled -- Simple Plan
Perfect -- Hedley
All That You Are -- The Goo Goo Dolls
Better Than I Know Myself -- Adam Lambert
...oh, is that it? I thought there was more.
Anyway, any suggestions for songs you listen to when you just feel bad for hurting someone you love?

Taylor [formerly Timothy] wrote: "I meant in the indie genre itself, but this is a great start. :) How about similar artists?"
Yo, are you still looking for indie band suggestions? Because that's like ... all I listen to. So yeah. :P

Supremacy by MuseGUYS this is like the coolest song ever, I'm definitely gonna start listening to Muse more now.
If you're looking for someone to take a listen to I suggest looking up Imogen Heap. Here are some of her songs: "2-1", "A-ha", "Speeding Cars", "Glittering Cloud", "Xizi She Knows", and "Headlock".She's a really great British artist.

Aw yeah, I also love Owl City, Imagine Dragons, Freelance Whales, and Imogen Heap. :)
Taylor/Holden, and anyone else who's interested I guess, here's some indie/rock stuff that I recommend:
Boy & Bear, Tegan and Sara, Arcade Fire, Passion Pit, The Naked and Famous, Mumford & Sons, The Killers, Edward Sharpe & the Magnetic Zeros, Of Monsters and Men, Sleeper Agent, Mates of State, Snow Patrol, The Jezabels, Alex Winston, The Joy Formidable, Metric, Hooray for Earth, Amanda Palmer & the Grand Theft Orchestra, Walk the Moon, First Aid Kit, Lord Huron, The Airborne Toxic Event, Meg & Dia, The Temper Trap, Alt-J, The Lumineers, Holy Roman Empire, The Mowgli's, Emma Louise, Young the Giant, Youngblood Hawke, Fleet Foxes, Bronze Radio Return
HAHA okay, I'll stop myself now. But hopefully that gives people a variety of stuff to listen to. ;)

I realised that that kind of music was not for me when I tried to listen to Imagine Dragons. I don't get you kids with your weird little not guitar instruments and your clapping hands and whatever.
I haven't actually listened to Imagine Dragons yet. Too lazy. Thanks, Holden! I'll get listening to these right away.

I like clapping. But I also like guitars.
