I cannot claim my books

I am confused. I followed the advice and created a different profile, now I cannot claim my own books on my new profile where I did two giveaways. My author profile displays only one of my books out of the eleven. Can anyone give me advice how to combine the two profiles?

One of your profiles has a period after the M, the other does not. If you make them both the same (presumably with the period), you should be able to combine them.

Yes, thank you for doing that. I have eleven more books published at Amazon that I cannot claim, but I see what the problem is now. Those books were published without the period after M. (what a difference a little dot makes)
I don't know if anything can be done about that.

Indeed. Found a couple other slightly different profiles and merged those in as well.
