I can't recall my first exactly but I believe it was the first Anita Blake Vampire Hunter book. What was your first writing effort? Poetry, fiction, non-fiction?
I started to write a diary in an early age. Then moved on to poetry.What's the name and story behind your first "special" book? You know, the book you think back on from your childhood.
Key to the Treasure by Peggy Parish. I was 6 years old - sick from a reoccurring illness that made me miss a few months of school. The book was beyond my reading level and I had to ask way to many questions about the words and what they were saying. I drove everyone crazy. I decided that I was going to learn how to read anything I wanted so that I would not have to ask for help again. By the end of the year I had read Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea and was able to read any book I wanted to. It's the book that made me want to read for myself and started my obsession. What is your first classic book that you fell in love with?

mine is Gone with the wind, followed closely by robin hood men in tights
That's actually really hard. My favorite movies as a kid was "Beauty and the Beast" and "Toy Story", which are always a timeless classic.First ever concert?

Abba, the girls, when they toured Australia, 1975, I think? They did a TV special.
How i want to do it is, you ask for a first and someone will give that answer to you. but you must also answer the question too.
