I agree, this love story was the perfect mix of mushy love, romance and action.....Alex please dont be dead!!!!!!
I agree Alex just can't be dead- although that would prove the ultimate sacrifice for love- that's the only reason why I fear it might be true- but my gut says otherwise..:-/
Here's what i think will happen:In Pandemonium, Lena goes to the rebels' camp and starts falling in love again, but then, when she is starting to be sure about her feelings... Alex appears and there you have, a love triangle

Yeah... I dont mind love triangles as long the girl always ends up with the person I want her to (which almost always happens).

I loved the book, but a love triangle is so over done. I hope she doesn't go there.Can we get a more original plot. That's what I loved about this dystopian, it was different!
I don't like the idea of a love triangle and I'm seriously hoping that Alex is still alive. I loved him!! Also, I hope the second books delves more closely into the life of her mother, maybe they will be reunited?

You just stole the words out of my mouth as soon as I saw this topic I was like "He cant be!! He cant be!! I will kill Lena if she loves someone else!! He cant be!!"
And he just cant be dead, if he is I hate the author (not really I love the book and its amazing!) but if she kills him..it will ruin everything!
Finished the series!!!! OMG it just ends im so upset! Dont read if you dont want to be spoiled. They are like talking about taking down the walls and im like yay finally its been a goal since book 1 but then i turn the page and ...... BLANK then i turn the page again...Tune in for the love story of Alex and Lena!!!! NO i dont want to here more about this love story what about the WALLS!!!! not joking i threw the book against the wall!!!!
i think that there always needs to be a cliffhanger of losing one of our favorites at the end of book 1 to keep you interested enough to get into book 2. i think that there's such a good story build up in Delirium that it's the best thing to see whether or not Lena can be strong enough in the Wilds w/o her love and the one person that made her think that she could do it.so...for those of you who haven't read the rest of the series like i have...do you think that she CAN make it without Alex?
