She scoffed. "Don't take this the wrong way sister, but.... the show is for like, 11 year olds. You are in high school right? This is a teen group?" She sighed, trying to regain calm composure. "Sorry...I'm just...Anxious. And Evan, you might be right..."

Annie scowled. "Phineas and Ferb is a cartoon for all ages! And I'll have you know, I'm a senior, thank you very much!" she snapped. She turned to Evan, and noted: "Favorite cartoon? Phineas and Ferb, or possibly Avatar: The last Airbender."
Sara didn't even answer. She looked to Rommie, desperate for anything or anyone who might be normal.
"What's your favorite cartoon?" she inquired, twisting a strand of hair around her finger. "I'm Annie, by the way. Annie Ferry, sixteen years old, senior," she said, proudly.
Man....What I would give to have her brain! Sara had to be held back year, even though she wouldve been a junior in Iran, since she didn't speak English at first. She always resented herself for it. Another reason she hated living in America.
((be back... shower time:( ))
Sara eyed Evan. "Yes, its quite amazing. Perfectionist, much?"
Sara's gaze went to Mrs. Frick. "Are we done here? Have we chatted enough?"
'The first couple of meetings should just be socializing, just so we get to know eachother. When we get more people, we get down to business."
Sara looked at her, startled. "But I need to have my issues solved...now! I need help...I...I..." She knew she was going to cry.

Mrs. Frick wasn't sure what to say. "We'll get there soon enough, don't worry."
"But I need help NOW! If its not now, it won't ever happen...I might...What if I..." Sara tried to ignore Evan. "What if I did something crazy before that? What if any of us did? Then what?"
"Don't mess with the schedule and don't go off and kill yourself. You'll be fine." Mrs. Frick looked at her, concerned.

It surprised her that he remembered her name. "i...I'm sorry. I'm overreacting. I apologize." And she made vow with herself to not speak out again unless asked to until the class was over. She had already said too much.
"Just calm down. Hm, tea might help," Annie mused. "Chamomile, possibly chai... And yes, I am a senior. Good student, if I do say so myself. And yes, I'm a perfectionist," she said, eying Sara.
Sara nodded, but she didn't truly mean it. She slumped farther down in her chair, asking herself over and over why she was even here.
"Pardon," Annie said, "but I did not catch your names. Would you mind introducing yourselves?"
Sara spoke quietly. "Sadly, I am Sara Satrapi. Pleased to meet you."
Annie smiled. "I'm pleased to meet you both." She checked her watch. "I apologize for my tardiness, I ran late in the writing centre. A freshman needed help with her essay."
Sara watched Rommie intently, but did not say anything
Sara caught her gaze, but didnt freak out. "How are you...?" she said, trying not to sound awkward
She nodded. "Do you mind if i...sit by you? Being in the back can get lonely..."
She smiled too, as she moved herself to the seat next to her. "So...why are you here, exactly?"
Sara sighed. "Screw it, i asked to abruptly. If i tell you why i am here, will you do the same?"

Sara bit her lip. Her issues seemed petty now.
((BRB!!!! Maybe this will take 30 minutes...grrr...gotta go talk to my daddy about...personal stufff....lol!))

(heh, sounds like moi))
Sara nodded. "I...I know how it is...I apologize. I was never exposed to it in that sense, but many people i know or-" She caught herself "Knew...they went through it as well."
