Just finished:
. The cover is a little deceptive, although it is a historical mystery, it also has steampunk elements.Next up: a book by Betty Neels & then,
.
Ok. Maybe it's just me, but why is it that all books people say they are reading now shows up as ...... I cant see what anyone is reading. Is it my app? Or is that the way it is supossed to be! I need recommendations people!! :-)
Yeah Pat, i think it might be this app or something. 'Cause all i saw was u write after dinner i will read ........Maybe i have to go on actual website to see if it shows up differently.
I am reading Liz Seach's Book of Beings - Revelations (Episodes 5-8) - the first book/volume was AWESOME.
I finished
, which was required school reading and I loved it a lot. I'm reading
, which I've been reading for a few months and I feel that it's taking me so long,
, another book I've been reading for a while but I don't ever really want to pick this one up, and
and I'm loving that one!

I've finished reading Complete Me - J. Kenner and finished listening to The Woman Who Went to Bed for a Year - Sue Townsend on my phone.
Right now I'm reading Stephen King's The Shining. It's about a family who becomes snowed in at a Colorado hotel. This is a very good book.
Just starting The Leftovers. The inside cover starts like this: Whoosh, right now, with no explanation-a number of us simply vanish. I thought I read somewhere they were making it into a tv show or movie.
I'm currently in the middle of Finnikin of the Rock and about to start The Tombs of Atuan, which should be a relatively short read. I just finished The Exiled Queen and I had a lot of mixed feelings about it.
I just finished
, a very FUN ride in a fantasy/science-fiction/young adult setting.I started
. Intriguing.I will probably try also some Ray Daley short stories. In both cases, the blurbs and reviews make me hope for some fresh ideas, unorthodox views.
Currently I'm reading The Bone Collector by Jeffery Deaver for another book club I'm in. It's the first in Deaver's Lincoln Rhyme series, in which I've read several other books. Deaver is one of my favorite authors and so far The Bone Collector has not disappointed.
Finished
and I wouldn't recommend it, but I'll be reading the sequel since I have an ARC of it. Reading
,
, and
.
