New member introduction and book suggestion

Hello,

My name is David A. Gibb and I just joined the group. I released my first true crime book, "Camouflaged Killer", two weeks ago (published by Berkley in the U.S. and distributed by Penguin Canada in the Great White North). It has also been published in Ireland and the U.K. as "Evil in Plain Sight". The book has been well received and I continue to receive "fan mail" on a daily basis - very cool for someone who was used to writing in the trenches and receiving little acknowledgment for his work!

The book details the sex offenses, rapes and murders committed by the commander of Canada's largest air force base, Colonel Russell Williams. He lived a double life, one as a caring and loving husband, respected officer, and helpful neighbor - and the other as a depraved sexual sadist. It's such a compelling story that the book has already been optioned for film.

Toward the end of the book, the psychology of this highly unusual offender is explored, with analysis provided by some of North America's leading experts. Some may find it interesting to draw their own conclusions as they read through the scenes of his crimes, and then compare to the expert analysis provided later in the book.
