LIKE button on Amazon book pages

Katie observed on another forum that IDITAROD doesn't have a LIKE button. This explanation has now arrived from the Zon:

So at this point of time you're unable to see the like button on all books.

I've had a 'Like' button on both my books right from the beginning as far as I remember. I wonder if their explanation is Zonese for, 'we forgot, but we'll fix it...eventually'?

The explanation is also ambiguously phrased. It might be intended to mean there is no LIKE button on that book, but what it says is that I cannot SEE the button, implying it is there all the same.
