I finished this last year at like 2 in the morning and I had work the next day and I was so in shock it was ridiculous. Tears and possibly wailing, nearly had to skip work haha, book trauma.
I think it was more the image of it, it was written in a way that, at least in my mind, gave this tragic, brutal picture.

Well...I think I was in a state of shock for the first minute or so...and THEN the tears came. I mean, it wasn't as if I was the one losing the guy I was in love with but there you go! (I must be over-sensitive, moody or allergic to something in the chemical make-up of the book pages). The tears then lasted for ten minutes...and then re-appeared the next day when I realised the next book wasn't in my hands yet!!!!

I did. I cried for the entire last chapter. Then I put the book down and cried for about 20 minutes. Is that the norm? After that I kept thinking that he was alive, he's alive, not dead not dead. lol I'm weird that way I guess

I agree. The ending to Pandemonium is pure cruelty. I kind of wish I would have just waited until Requiem was out so I could read them together.

I cried! I just can't believe what happened. There's no way he's dead after everything. He finally made her realize the loving someone is the most amazing feeling in the world. I can't wait for the next book. But if this turns into a love triangle I'm going to be pissed.
