A syllable is a single, unbroken sound of a spoken (or written) word. The number of times you hear a vowel (a, e, i , o, u) in a word is equal to the number of syllables a word has.Rebecca = 3 syllables = Re-bec-ca
Meditations = 4 syllables = Med-i-ta-tions
Deception = 3 syllables = De-cep-tion
I was taught to clap the words out if that helps. The only other explanation that I could come up with was that maybe you guys thought we were doing one word titles. Oh well. Technically, we are on number 3 since only Jaws and Zoo are one syllable words.
3. Bleach, Volume 01 by Tite Kubo.
10. Jazz by Toni MorrisonOnly 11% of the people who've traveled into space (astronauts of any nation) have been women. In honor of Women's History Month let's name ten of them.
10. Parting the Waters: Martin Luther King and the Civil Rights Movement 1954-63Name 10 famous blondes.
