I'm Katherine, and I need lots of recommendations. I am having surgery on my foot in about a month. I am in for some serious recovery time on the couch. So, please, everyone give me you best recommends. Thanks in advance!!

What kind of stuff do you prefer, Katherine? Historicals, Contemporaries, Romantic Suspense, Erotic Romance? Or just anything in general?

I am a huge fan of Anne Stuart, I have read everything I can get my grubby little hands on. This past year I read Karen Marie Moning's Highlander books...I guess I am pretty eclectic. I like paranormal...and if I go for Historical I go for things before 18th century.

Hi Annette, I read book one in McCarty's highlander trilogy and I didn't like it :( Too much narration for me. I love highlander novels so I was really disappointed especially since I bought all three books at the same time (!) Did you find books 2 and 3 any better--less wordy?

I just read a fantastic highlander one: Julie Garwood's RANSOM --was that ever good!

East, you not the only person who has told me that Ransom is really good. I see it in the bargain section of Borders all the time. I think I need to take it out of the library.
