There's a weekly Twitter chat held on Wednesdays under the hashtag #gayYA. Unfortunately it's always around Wednesday noon time, which means I never get a chance to participate, but some members of this group can. :)
There's also a broader Twitter chat under the hashtag #yalitchat, and I honestly have NO idea when that takes place. Checking Twitter right now - people seem to be updating whenever. Ongoing, maybe? If someone out there happens to be tweeting under #yalitchat, you can just jump into the conversation. I know that they've had discussions before about LGBT YA fiction, and everyone was very supportive.

I am a complete twitter noob so any assistance would be great.
I am specifically looking for tweets and a really good list of the best tags to use. I am already following some of the other LGBT groups and as of right now we have 2 followers of our own.
Any help is appreciated in regards to this effort so please don't hesitate to post ideas here.
