True, but it's all things to help you keep your character constant within your writing, or just to give you a personality.

It certainly can. But you don't want your character to suddenly change hair color or eye color. It can make it confusing to the reader.

You're welcome.

Characters are people too. They can decide to dye their hair or even put in colored contacts, but we writers need to remember the beginnings so that roots have to be touched up or contacts removed from time to time.
