I really would like to see a second book made. Maybe make this a series. I never put this book down. Finished it in one day, and now I'm craving more. Maybe Cheyenne meets back up with Griffin, despite what their parents say. I was so sad how it ended. Made me think "No! It can't end this way! There HAS to be another book!" I'm going to start reading more of April's books. Hopes she makes a good series. I'll be waiting. (:

Oh my gosh! I knoww! It was like so amazing! I cannot wait until her next book (if she makes one, that is).
I really liked this book :) I think she is going to make it a series becuase in the end it kinda sounded like there would be more to it. Did any of you read any more of April's books yet?
Yeah, i`d be totally fine if she didn't make a second book. But I would be excited if she made another. I'd like it both ways I guess.

i'm not saying i would not like for Apirl to make book 2 for this book cuz i don't like the ending but if she did like an epilogue at the end that explained what happened to Cheyenne and Griffin. then i would have loved it even more.

I really liked this book, and I do like series' but some books are just better left as single books and I think this one is one of them. I feel like if they made it a series I would be kind of weak. Again, not critcizing this book or the author I just think this is good left as a single book.
I wonder what would have happened if she could have seen- would they have killed her becuase she could identify them?

I liked that it was only one book, I don't know what they could do for another book. I mean, they could expand Cheyenne and Griffin's relationship, but there would have to be something else, and there is only so much you can do to this poor girl.

ive heard the second book was suppose to be better then the first book but readin other seris of books the first is always better then the rest
Micah wrote: "ive heard the second book was suppose to be better then the first book but readin other seris of books the first is always better then the rest"I agree. I mean, there are sometimes series where the books get better as they go along, but this book doesn't seem like one of them. I thought this book was great and I would read a second, but I really don't want to be disappointed.
Abel saidHELL YES. Gimme a second!
I totally agree excited.
I emailed her again and she didn't answer lets hope she is busy writing a second one. I gave her suggestions....cross your fingers
I honestly wasn't a big fan of this book but that's just my opinion.Sequels are best when the story was not finished, an overlying conflict is unresolved. The have to be planned to be as good as possible. But with this it would be forced. The chances of this same character having another adventure? A lot of time and effort would have to go into setting up a mediocre plot. I'm just not sure it's worth it.
Wow. I just checked and she actually is considering a sequel. You can leave suggestions for it on her website. And she recommends her other kidnapping book. http://www.aprilhenrymysteries.com/gi...
I really enjoyed reading Girl, Stolen. It was certainly a book I had trouble putting down once I started reading it. I honestly liked the ending. It left readers wandering what could happen or it presented various possibilities for the characters. That being said, if there is a sequel then that would be okay, but I'm content with just having one book. Now if only I can finally get a chance to sit down and reach April Henry's other books.
