Please to do not delete this book! It is a real book! It just needs to be combined with the other editions (which I am working on) and it has a valid ISBN.

This looks like a placeholder only; it's not combined with the rest of the editions of this book, and after looking at the details I think it simply needs to be deleted. Your thoughts? Thanks.
